Purpose: This survey is intended for use by Rotary Clubs in Big West Zone 26/27. Rotarians should complete it to help assess member satisfaction and engagement. All responses are confidential. Club level reports are available to Club Presidents, Membership Chairs, and Rotarians with whom they wish to share report access. District and Zone leaders do not have access to club level reports unless permitted by individual clubs.
